Lunar New Year Multicultural Food Festival
The community of Auburn celebrated lunar new year multicultural festival on 13th February 2011 at Auburn park. The festival offered a variety of cultural food stalls, cultural singing and dancing from many artists and colourful traditional clothing in the fashion parade towards the end of the event.
The festival was proudly supported by Auburn City Council, LJ Hooker Auburn, Homart, Auburn Asian Welfare Centre, Australian Federation of Chinese Organisations Inc, Hawks Australia Pty Ltd, Xu Sheng Supermarket and Australia Fuqing (Sydney) Association Inc.
Well done to the organisers and participants of the festival. Everyone did a fabulous job at making the LUNAR NEW YEAR FESTIVAL a blast.
